ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Slow Burn candles require a 14 day cure time. All in stock candles (all ready cured) are processed within 5 business days. New batch candles (uncured) are processed within 7 - 10 business days (Business days do NOT include weekends or federal, local or state holidays).
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
SLOW BURN is not responsible for packages and/or additional fees incurred due to an incorrect address.
Orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address and returned will require a new shipping label. If an order is returned to our facility, we will contact you regarding reshipment. If we are unable to receive a response within 3 business days, we will issue a refund to the credit card used, minus the original shipping cost.
If after placing your order, you realize the address information is incorrect, please contact our office at email@example.com with your order number and correct address. The sooner we receive that information the better the chances are to update the information successfully. We cannot guarantee your shipping address will be updated before your order ships.
If your order has already been shipped please contact the correct mail carrier UPS or USPS in order to make an attempt to intercept or redirect your package before the order is returned back to our facility.

- US orders take 3 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 5-10 business days.
- International orders take 7-10 business days to be delivered via USPS or UPS and we ship within same 5-10 business days.
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
- US Orders over $125 will have free shipping.
- Orders under $125 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive tracking information. It takes 24 hours for the tracking details to appear on the mail carriers website. If you haven’t received the information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All candle sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges.
Although we thoroughly inspect each package prior to shipping to ensure you receive the best possible product, once you've received your package, please inspect it carefully.
SLOW BURN will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items that were damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
